I am Ahmed and I am writing about the Bedouin coffee. My classmate wrote about the mortar and I am going to tell you about the coffee. Bedouin make coffee on fire and the Bedouin grind using mortar and pestle in the presence of the guest. They put the water and the coffee in a kittle called "bakraj." They boil it several times and add cardamom to give it a good taste and smell. They don't add any sugar to the coffee and it is quiet bitter. The bakraj stays close to the fire to keep it warm for the people to drink. They drink the coffee in a small cup called "fenjan".  They put small amount in the bottom and drink it in a single mouthful. If you don't want to drink more, you can shake the cup. The coffee is so delicious and it is a sign for good hospitality.
